Return & Exchange Policy – Powher

At Powher, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making any purchase.

  1. No Cash Refunds
    • We do not offer cash refunds. However, you may request an exchange by emailing us at contact@powher.pk with your Order ID.
  2. Exchange Policy
    • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unaltered, and have the original price label and receipt intact.
    • Items purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
    • Exchanges are only allowed for products with a manufacturing defect.
  3. Color & Texture Variance
    • Due to variations in screen displays and lighting during photoshoots, the color or texture of products may slightly differ from what is shown on our website. Exchanges for this reason will not be accepted.
  4. Refund Policy
    • We have a strict ‘No Refund’ policy. Refunds may only be granted in exceptional cases, such as product unavailability or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
    • If an item is purchased at full price and later goes on sale, any exchange will be processed at the discounted price.
  5. International Orders
    • We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
  6. Defective Products
    • In case of a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
  7. Credit Card Payments
    • Refunds for credit card payments will be processed after the defective product is returned and verified. This process may take up to 15 working days.
  8. Non-Exchangeable Items
    • Beauty and fragrance items cannot be exchanged or returned.
  9. Order Cancellation
    • Powher reserves the right to cancel any order at any stage due to product unavailability or other reasons. Customers will be notified via email.
  10. Order Enquiries
    • Enquiries about orders will only be entertained within 15 working days of placing the order.
    • Claims and complaints must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  11. Incomplete Orders
    • Full care is taken to ensure complete orders are shipped. If any item is out of stock, only the available products will be shipped. In case of discrepancies, please contact our Customer Care.
  12. Refunds for Wallet Payments
    • Refunds for payments made through JazzCash, EasyPaisa, COD, etc., will only be issued as a voucher for future purchases.

Who Can Apply for a Return?

You can apply for a return if:

  • The product is damaged, stained, or has a defect.
  • The product is unused, with the original packaging, labels, and stickers intact.
  • The received product does not match the size ordered.

How to Apply for a Return?

  • To return an item, email us at contact@powher.pk with the reason for return and order details.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Once approved, please send the parcel to: E-commerce Department, Powher, Women Excellence Centre, Golra E/13 Islamabad.

Processing Time

  • We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • During busy periods, processing may take up to 14 working days.
