- No Cash Refunds:
We only offer exchanges, not cash refunds. Email us at contact@powher.pk with your Order ID.
- Exchange Policy:
Products can be exchanged within 7 days if unused, unaltered, and have original tags and receipt intact. Sale items are not eligible for exchange. Only products with manufacturing defects qualify for an exchange.
- Color & Texture Variance:
Minor color/texture differences due to screen display or lighting are not grounds for exchange.
- Refund Policy:
We follow a strict ‘No Refund’ policy, except in cases of product unavailability or defects. Exchanges for full-price items that later go on sale will use the discounted price.
- International Orders:
No refunds or exchanges for international purchases.
- Defective Products:
Report any defects within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
- Credit Card Payments:
Refunds for defective items paid by credit card may take up to 15 working days after verification.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:
Beauty and fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Order Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability.
- Order Enquiries:
Enquiries are entertained within 15 working days of order placement. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Incomplete Orders:
If an item is missing, contact Customer Care for assistance.
- Refunds for Wallet Payments:
Payments via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or COD are refunded as a voucher.
Return Eligibility:
Eligible if the product is damaged, stained, defective, unused with original packaging, or there is a size mismatch.
How to Return:
Email contact@powher.pk with order details and reason for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Ship to: E-commerce Department, Powher, Women Excellence Centre, Golra E/13 Islamabad.
